We want you to love LifePilot. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit https://paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact us at hello@lifepilot.app and we will arrange it with Paddle on your behalf.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; the 30-day refund window applies to your most recent payment.
