Your email address
We ask for your email only to create and secure your account, send essential service messages (password resets, subscription confirmations), and deliver optional product updates you opt into. We will never sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for marketing. We do not send unsolicited promotional emails. You can update or remove your email by deleting your account at any time.
What we collect
We collect only what is needed to run LifePilot: • Account data — email address and authentication identifiers • Product data — habits, ritual completions, journal entries, Life Score, XP, badges • Technical data — device type, basic usage telemetry for security and reliability • Support communications when you contact us We do not collect precise location data, contacts, or browsing history outside the app.
How we protect your data
LifePilot uses industry-standard security practices: • TLS encryption for all data in transit between your device and our servers • Database encryption at rest • Row-level security policies = database-level access controls) so only you can read your own records • Least-privilege access for our internal systems • Regular dependency updates and security patches No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your personal growth data with the same care we would want for our own.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with data centers in the European Union. Backups are encrypted and retained only as long as necessary for disaster recovery. We do not move your data to jurisdictions with weaker privacy protections without appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).
Payments and billing
LifePilot uses Paddle.com Market Limited as our Merchant of Record for payment processing, subscription management, invoicing, and tax compliance. Cookies and tracking
We use only essential cookies for authentication and session management. There are no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on LifePilot. We do not use fingerprinting or device-level tracking for analytics.
Your rights
You can: • Export your data at any time from your account settings • Delete your account and associated data permanently • Request a copy of all data we hold about you • Object to or restrict certain processing To exercise any right, email sofortdeinalltagsretter@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days.
