Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. Who we are
These Terms govern your use of LifePilot (the "Service"), operated by LifePilot ("LifePilot", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have authority to bind the organization you represent.
2. The Service
LifePilot is a gamified personal-growth platform providing habit tracking, rituals, a Life Score, weekly reviews, XP, levels, and badges. Features may evolve over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) engage in fraud, spam, or abuse; (c) infringe intellectual-property rights; (d) interfere with security, probe, scan, scrape, or introduce malware; (e) reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service; or (f) circumvent technical limitations.
5. Intellectual property
LifePilot and all related software, documentation, branding, and content are owned by LifePilot and protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your subscription.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of habits, journals, and other content you create. You grant LifePilot a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
7. Payments, subscriptions and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) and our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled via your customer portal.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, you may export your data within a reasonable period before deletion.
9. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify LifePilot against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of LifePilot's place of business. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
